Worst Job Ever

While Nemo’s friends are heading off to become witches, band managers, and astronauts; she’s stuck working the overnight at a public library where she battles monsters, spirits, and nihilistic philosophers who attempt to break their way out of novels. It doesn’t pay well, but at least she gets out of late fees.

I worked with the incredibly talented Sloane Leong (pencils, inks, and colors), best known for Image’s Prism Stalker. The cover art is provided by Ignatz-winner Casey Nowak (Radishes, Girl Town, Buffy the Vampire Slayer: New School Nightmare).

The first issue of Worst Job Ever was successfully funded through Kickstarter in 2019. There are still copies available, so contact me if you’d like to order one!
